"eins zu eins" signifies the harmonious relationship between variety and maturation. The Diehl Grauer Burgunder "eins zu eins" shows notes of ripe pear and a hint of Brazil nut. It is round and velvety with a delicate acidity and a firm substance. This Grauburgunder we like to recommend especially for asparagus in butter sauces, veal casseroles, and soured boiled rump.
